Using the medicine wheel, we will see ourselves and each other for the unique gifts we are, and we will free up/harness ways to step forward in our daily lives and relationships that allow us to lead in our own divine feminine ways. Our communities are waiting for us!

$10 A PERSON, $5 FOR WWRL MEMBERS – REGISTER BY OCTOBER 14TH

Karen Tax – Karen is a soul-centered professional coach and has been honing her practice personally and professionally for over twenty years. She has a masters in organizational development, with a background in computer science. She has a deep love of honest communication and the new and profound places it can take us. She brings her work, the IAM Way, into her life with her family (of so many men!), her one-on-one coaching clients, and corporate clients to shift their culture from an I-win-you-lose dynamic to a we-can-really-only-win-together system of healing, growing and learning. In this time of rupture and polarity, Karen uses the IAM Way to help people harness the discord within themselves and their relationships to build bridges to the better world we all know is possible.

Sophie Suberman – Sophie has been a social activist since she popped out of the womb. Raised by women of all socioeconomic and racial backgrounds, Sophie has had the lived experience of knowing that we are stronger when we are together, and strives to practice this idea through her work and life. She believes in Restorative justice practices like reflective listening, conflict resolution circles and talking circles to resolve conflict and build community, and has been using these tools to use conflict as a way to bring people closer together. Sophie is an IAM Way certified coach and Restorative circles facilitator through Seattle Restorative Justice. She is on the board of directors of Woman’s Way Red Lodge and currently manages a community coffee shop in Carrboro, North Carolina called Johnny’s Gone Fishing.
